- Baby arugula
- Dried cranberries
- Blue cheese, crumbled

For the dressing:
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Put all the ingredients of the vinaigrette in a jar and shake until emulsified (until it comes together)
