nb of servings
- 2 cups of minced sushi grade red tuna
- 2 tbs LIGHT soy sauce
- 2 tbs chopped green onion
- 2 tbs spicy mayo (mayo + Schiracha )
- 3 tbs of Panko bread crumbs
- 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup diced avocado
- 1 bag of INSNAX PITA CRISPS
Mix all ingredients together except for the Avocado.
You can serve your tuna on a plate with diced and seasoned avocado or you can press it into a mold, top with diced avocado and unmold on your serving plate.
Serve with a side “stack” of INSNAX PITA CRISPS !!!
